Light, double room, bathroom and kitchnette

A spacious, light double room is available for rent for a single female in a quiet residential area just minutes from the bus stop which has regular busses into Brighton. The house is approximately 10 minutes walk from the centre of Lewes and has plenty of on street parking.

The room has fantastic views over the south downs and plenty of storage. The house also has a large garden that backs onto the countryside. The lodger also benefits from a small kitchenette with your own fridge and hob. The bathroom is also mostly for your own use (occasional visitors). There is a large family kitchen where you can eat meals. We also have our own private lounge.

The rest of the house is also modern and spacious. We are a relaxed, happy, recently retired couple who enjoy sports and travel. We have two lovely cats and we are looking for someone who is happy to look after them whilst we are travelling. The house is kept very clean and tidy.
