Two rooms available in quiet house in Lewes

Lovely sunny and creative house in Malling, 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes bus ride (bus stop just outside) to get into Lewes - parking space in case of car owners.

The area is very nice and peaceful with easy access to the Downs and the river Ouse, perfect for people who like nature walks.

The house is set on two floors with sunlight all day and beautiful sunsets views. Has a nice garden that is a beautiful sun trap, great for meals outside or to relax with a book. It also has a gate that leads to the side path, allowing easy access for bicycles.

My two housemates will be moving out at the end of July and looking for new people to share the house with. It would suits a professional or post-grad. A tidy and clean person who enjoys a calm and tranquil way of leaving.

I’m a part-time hairdresser and artist originally from Italy. When I’m not working in the salon, I’m painting plain air in the countryside or in the little studio in the house. I like all things about music and to play my classical guitar. I enjoy cooking, reading books, and making art.
