Terraced house in central Lewes

We live in a late Georgian terraced house in central Lewes. Location is 5 min from the railway station, 10 min from Waitrose and Bus Station, 15 min from Aldi, easy walk onto Downs or along the Ouse Valley. Backs on to the new community cinema and is right on the route of Bonfire Parades and near firesites.

We are a retired couple who have spent over ten years hosting international students from Sussex Downs College. We like camping and we have a second home in the Eurozone that we visit a lot.

Accommodation for rent consists of two neatly furnished double rooms at the top of the house. Each room has double glazing, a handbasin and a night storage heater. Shared toilet on same floor and modern bathroom in the basement. Shared kitchen and living room and access to a yard that is good for eating al fresco.

Would suit students or professionals who like a relaxed atmosphere.
