Our Lewes home is a late Georgian terraced house in central Lewes. Location is 5 min from the railway station, 10 min from Waitrose and Bus Station, 15 min from Aldi, easy walk onto Downs or along the Ouse Valley. Backs on to the community cinema and is right on the route of Bonfire Parades. Very good access to Brighton and London.

We are a retired couple who have spent over ten years hosting international students from Sussex Downs College. We occasionally live on the premises, but have a another home in France that we live in most of the time. We have a lively easy-going Border Collie.

Accommodation for rent consists of two furnished double rooms at the top of the house. Each room has double glazing, a hand basin and a night storage heater. Shared toilet on same floor and modern bathroom in the basement. Shared kitchen and living room and access to a yard garden. The rent includes all bills, including energy and Council Tax.

Would suit students or professionals who like a relaxed atmosphere.
