Bright sunny double room very close to Lewes station in a super convenient modern ground-floor flat with all bills included. Shorter term stays / rates can be discussed too, so let me know what you’re looking for.

I’ve lived here 10 years and am looking to share my home with a friendly, considerate and responsible person, working or studying full time. The flat is a good size for two people but not for lots more - definitely not a party house! But it would be great to find someone sociable who'll share a chat when we're both in.

Very easy access to Brighton and Sussex University, plus the town centre, green spaces, river and cafes, station, pubs etc are all right on our doorstep. Not suitable for working from home but there are alternatives close by (eg the library or Depot cinema bar.)

Free parking onsite. No couples, no pets unfortunately & no smokers. Deposit & references will be required.

I also have a larger room at £750 pcm so can be open to letting either one depending on your circumstances.
