Hi all! I have a bright double room very close to Lewes station becoming available, all bills included. Hoping to find a friendly, considerate and sociable person to share the space.
It’s a two bedroom ground floor flat, ideally located for transport / the town / countryside. Definitely not a party pad but would be great to find someone who’ll enjoy a chat when we’re both in.
We have off street parking and lovely neighbours - it’s a great place to live with everything you need on your doorstep and could not be more convenient for Lewes, Brighton, the Universities at Falmer / Moulescoomb and beyond.
No smoking, no couples and sadly no pets. If shorter term would usually charge £750 per month with a smaller deposit.
