Room near both universities

Bedroom

Room going from October 1st, furnished, two bathrooms, garden and free parking.
All bills included.

I have a 7 year old long dog who is super gentle and calm, he’s pretty much silent and his main hobby is napping

The 49 bus stops a few doors down, goes into /through town, (takes you to the laines in approx 20 mins)
Buses to both Brighton and Sussex universities.
20 min walk to brighton uni, 25 min walk to Sussex uni

Queer /LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
Smoking / 🌱 outside is fine
Pets considered if they get along 🐾
Veggies /vegans preferred 🐮
Steps up from the road so sadly not wheelchair accessible but there is a railing

Note: I do work in the living room teaching piano Mon-Weds and 2 hours on Sat mornings. Average 3-4 hours each of those days so they’re the only times the living room wouldn’t be available. You can of course still access the rest of the house during those times so hopefully it won’t impact you too much.
Also if you play or want to play there’s a piano and free piano teacher here :)

Very quiet and chilled home environment, but also down to hang out/have a drink now and then.

Big sofabed in the living room if you ever have friends/family visiting.
Hopefully you’ll feel totally at home
