The room includes a bed, desk, and wardrobe (smaller double/large single bed). The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living space, and is located in Moulsecoomb, with convenient access to Brighton University, local amenities, and transport into the city centre.

The property will be shared with 4 students (2 male, 2 female) from June onwards. You’ll be living with friendly and easygoing students in a relaxed house where everyone respects each other’s space and keeps things tidy. The current housemates do smoke.
