I am away quite a lot so want somebody very house proud
It has a wonderful balcony with great views bills all included
10 Minutes to train Station with direct trains to London and 30 minutes from Brighton..
I want somebody to feel like this is there home and not just a room share
Room has a King sized Bed Double Wardrobe with drawers underneath, Desk, side table, lamp ,and small dressing table..
No students and no work from home .
Unfortunately with electricity/gas prices rising this is no longer an option .
I am away sometimes 20 days out of the month and need somebody who definitely knows how to clean up after themselves .
My home is spotless and I don’t want anybody who doesn’t know what a duster is to apply
