There is a shared bathroom and kitchen with washing machine , cooker, oven, microwave etc. You have your own cupboard and fridge and freezer space.
Water, gas, electricity, council tax and fibre internet included.
The room is modern in a detached house with large garden. Smoking or vaping is only permitted outside in garden. It is a 5 minute walk to bus stop which takes you on coastal route to Brighton and Eastbourne. There is a train station which takes you to Lewes/Falmer/Seaford/Brighton with connections to London.
The room is single occupancy and would suit a single professional person. You will be expected to sign a lodger agreement which incorporates house rules and forms your contract.
