About the Room:
We have a spacious spare room available in a friendly, clean, and quiet household. The room comes furnished as in the photos and is ready for a female lodger to move in.

The Household:
You will be living with a live-in landlord and two other female residents. To give you an idea of the vibe, 2 of the 3 current residents are healthcare professionals. The house is a relaxed, respectful environment—we enjoy a chat but also value peace and quiet, especially after long shifts.

Female lodger (to maintain the current household dynamic).

Ideal for: A mature student or a healthcare professional (nurses, doctors, allied health) looking for a stable home.
