Please note - Females preferred and this is a short term let, from 1 week to 5/6months only.

Lovely fully furnished double room with shared bathroom, lounge, kitchen / diner. Washing machine, shared large fridge / freezer. Quiet household and neighbours. Bed linen and towels provided, if needed.

Close to Haywards Heath, Uckfield, Glynde, Lewes, and Forest Row. There is public transport which is a short 15 minute walk for Haywards Heath/Lewes. Going to Forest Row and East Grinstead. Public transport is available, but for ease of travel, a car would be best.

We are surrounded by woods, so there are lots of lovely walks. There isn't a garden, but a couple of areas around the flats where you can sit and enjoy a cup of tea, glass of wine or read a book (in the summer).

All bills are included. Free Wifi, Wifi calling and Whats App are available, as mobiles are generally ok, but the signal can drop.

Ideally suited for a working professional who needs somewhere comfy and friendly to stay temporarily. Mon to Friday would be ideal, but 7 days a week also considered.

The room and flat is suitable as a temporary place to live, whilst in transition or looking for temporary accommodation whilst working in the area.
It is not suitable for long term lodgings.

Communication is essential as we share the space, so finding out your daily timetable and likes and dislikes will be important, and seeing if our respective needs match.

I work part time and use the home for my other interests. Have a good sense of humour and am passionate about creativity, sustainability and enjoy a good chat ... but also love my own space. I may have friends to stay from time to time on the sofa bed in the lounge.

You are welcome to have friends over, but please be respectful and ask. It's not a party home. My neighbours are friendly, but quiet. We don't intrude on each other, and it works well.

There isn't a TV as it doesn't suit my lifestyle to own one. You would be welcome to have a TV in your room, but not blaring out.

Available to move in from 31st August. Refs are required.
