Free Wifi, Wifi calling and Whats App as mobiles are generally ok - but the signal can drop.
All bills (council tax too) are included.
Ideally this will suit a working professional who needs somewhere comfy and friendly to stay whilst in the area. You may be on sabbatical, or on secondment or just somewhere for a week, or mon to friday - or longer (7 days - up to 6 months). I will suggest we talk first on the phone before meeting up.
