Furnished double bedroom in a cottage on the edge of Ashdown Forest, on the Crowborough Road, Nutley. Three metres and you're on Ashdown Forest. Use of kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Open to short to medium term options. You need to be working and 20-40 ish years old. As my 20s daughter lives here it would be preferable, but not inevitable, for a woman to move in. Transport is a necessity. We are a left of centre household.

Cost is 500 month exclusive of bills: one third of the electricity bill + council tax/wifi - £150/month. So total inclusive is £650/month (assuming normal electric use). Payment of £650 via bank transfer each month. References required
