5 Bed House, Ovingdean Brighton

My name is Briony


I am 34 years old, I have a son who is 8.
Attends private school 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, we are out every weekend.

He goes to bed at 7pm everynight.


It is a fairly quiet household all rooms have en suites so no one is ever waiting to use the bathroom.
I run my own business and work from home in my office. I’m in and out of the house a lot of the time.


It is a very big house with 3 floors. The room is a cosy double room with ensuite and gives great views the beach is a 5 minute walk.
It is in a beautiful location, 10 minute walk to bus stops on seafront, also a bus stop outside the house which buses come less frequent but goes into brighton.

Brighton is a 15 minute bus ride from my house.
It is a quiet home even though very big as we are always out and go to bed early ish.


I also have another lodger from spare room who is a dental nurse they are in their own room also with an en suite and is from spare room. She has been here for 1 year so far.
