New housemates wanted to share house in Patcham

Looking for two new housemates to share lovely house in Patcham, Brighton, BN1. I tend to have quiet nights in during the week, then go out socialising at the weekend. No wild parties but dinner with friends/watching DVDs with a glass of wine are more than welcome. There is a garden with a pond full of fish and a patio area, great for chilling out in when the sun is shining. We are looking for housemates that are clean, tidy, friendly but respectful of each others privacy.

Bedroom 1 has been decorated in neutral colours and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe plus a chest of drawers and bedside table (this room is available from 15 July).

Bedroom 2 has been decorated in neutral colours and is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes, plus a chest of drawers and bedside table (this room is available from 30 July).

The house includes an open plan dining area and living room. The bathroom and kitchen have been recently refitted. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also the added benefit of a bright and sunny conservatory which leads to the garden and patio.

Easy access to the A27 and A23 by car, plus free on road parking/driveway/use of garage and regular bus service into Brighton/Hove (5B). The house is within walking distance of Patcham village, Sainsburys local, Asda and other local shops/pubs.

Rent includes all the usual bills as well as cable TV and wireless internet access. Telephone calls are not included.
