We are looking for a new lodger to rent a double room in our lovely home in Brighton. We are in the residential area of Patcham / Hollingbury with quick and easy access to Brighton & Hove and the countryside. Parking on the street is free.

There are bus stops, local pubs and shops within a few minutes walk.

It would suit a professional, or mature student, minimum of three months, references required. No couples.

It's a modern, recently decorated three bedroom house and you'll be sharing it with myself and my 15 years old son.

The rent includes all utility bills, council tax and super fast Virgin fibre broadband. It also includes the room being cleaned every two weeks.

We are a very clean and tidy house, so you'll need to be the kind of person who likes things that way.

The house has a spacious layout, with large kitchen / dining area. A good sized garden and seating areas with the most stunning views of the South Downs.

The room is modern and cosy, the double bed is very comfortable, there is a desk and chair, and the built-in wardrobe is spacious.

I work from home and consider myself to be friendly, and respectful and am looking for someone of a similar outlook.
