A peceful home in leafy Patcham

We have a room available from August 21st in our spacious house in Patcham. Your room is on the ground floor and has a large built-in wardrobe. You only need a bed and you're all set.

The house is our home. We are considerate and respectful of others so living here is peaceful, content and relaxed.

We have a large back garden and a smaller front garden. We're working on them both at the moment.

The house has a conservatory, living room, and another extension room, so lots of living areas for a great sense of freedom.

There is plenty of room in the kitchen for all your food and cooking needs.

We share one bathroom and two toilets.

Your flatmates are two teachers in their 40s. One is a cricketer and a historian in his spare time and the other cyclist and a wannabe artist. We both like travelling.

We are both friendly and good at communicating but are aware of our need for time alone as well.

The bills are around £150 per month but this is due to go down.

Transport to Brighton is an easy 20-minute bus ride. The bus stop is seconds away. Cycling is a bit faster. There are no hills on the way into Brighton.

Patcham is peaceful, quiet, relaxed and very green. We have nice neighbours and it's all pretty lovely. If you are too, then we hope to hear from you.
