Off street parking and the house is located near 3 bus routes (5B, 5 and 5A). It's also very close to the A23/A27, easy access to Worthing, Eastbourne, Crawley, Gatwick etc. As well as Sussex and Brighton Universities.

Looking for a student or professional who doesn't mind cats. You would be sharing the house with myself and 14 year old. We need someone who will respect our family home. Sorry, no smokers/vapers or pets.
