Small self contained annex space available

Hi,

I am looking for a lodger for a small annex space available at my home.

It’s a single room with its own entrance that will include a single bed, small wardrobe and a desk space.

There is a kitchenette with a hob, fridge and washing machine. There is a small en-suite shower room.

Water and council tax are included but electricity is on a prepaid meter which the lodger is responsible for.

It would suit a single person that is perhaps a student.

The photos are from my previous lodger and have not yet been updated with the new layout as they are not moving until the beginning of September but give you an idea of the space.
