The room is a newly decorated small double, with very comfortable bed, wardrobe and desk.
There is a recently renovated shared modern bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Rent includes use of kitchen, shared bathroom and washing machine/drier, all bills, wifi. The garden is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy great views.
I have had many people stay over the years and always build a good relationship with them. I’m very active and creative, and I have a studio in the garden where I make my ceramics.
The location is close to the 5B and 46/26 bus routes with good access into town and to Universities. Street parking is free.
Must be ok with living with a cat.
