Single furnished room

Welcome to our furnished single room in a friendly, relaxed shared home, with shared bathroom, living room and kitchen facilities.

We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and easy-going who will fit comfortably into the household. The room would be particularly well suited to someone who works and has a fairly regular daytime routine, and is looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

Prospective tenants should be comfortable with four-legged friends, as we share our home with a few furry residents of both the cat and dog variety! Ours is a vibrant and diverse household, with a mix of personalities and interests.

We’re conveniently located just seconds from excellent bus links towards both Brighton and Eastbourne, with local amenities also within easy reach. There is plenty of street parking nearby if required.

Rent includes all bills, along with high-speed Virgin broadband. The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe with drawers, desk and shelving, single bed and useful under-bed storage.
