Kitchen has double electric hob (if required) air fryer, microwave, kettle
NO OVEN and NO WASHING MACHINE but there is a great launderette 5 mins walk from property.

Rent includes broadband and utility bills

Would consider someone with a well behaved dog or cat but there is no cat flat and no option to fit one to the French doors.

Not suitable for couples

Off Street parking but not always available directly outside the house.

Proof that you can pay the monthly rent is required.

Would consider someone who is relocating or needs a short term let
