😊 About the Homeowner

You’ll be sharing with a kind, independent and friendly 80 year old lady who enjoys conversation and has a wide range of interests. She would especially love to share with a dog lover, as she has a lovely Labradoodle who is very much part of the home.

A bright and spacious bungalow located in the heart of Peacehaven, just a 10 minute walk to the coast, shops, restaurants and other amenities. The home includes:

▶︎ A shared, light-filled living room and kitchen
▶︎ Shared bathroom
▶︎ A beautiful back garden
▶︎ Off-road parking

🛌 Your Room

A fully furnished double room, currently with a single bed (a double can be arranged). The room also includes a TV, drawers and ample storage. There may be scope to bring your own furniture, or the homeowner is happy to provide anything else needed.

⚡️ All Bills Included

Enjoy hassle free living with electricity, water, gas, council tax and Wi-Fi all covered in one affordable monthly cost.
