Friendly Lodger Wanted – Peacehaven

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to share my home in Peacehaven.

I have two furnished rooms available:

• One large room
• One smaller room

Rent starts from £700 per month, with all bills included, including Wi-Fi.

The house is in a great location, just a 2-minute walk from the 12X bus route, with easy access to Brighton, Newhaven and Seaford.

• Sky TV connection in the bedroom
• Shared bathroom with just one other person

I have a small, friendly dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with dogs. Unfortunately, no additional pets.

I’d ideally prefer a woman, but I’d also consider a man aged 35 or over if they’re the right fit.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, easy-going and respectful of shared spaces. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly home, so it’s important that any prospective lodger is welcoming and respectful.
