I have a double room (11ft x 11ft) to rent in a large relaxed detached house, in Peacehaven, close to the number 14 bus route and a 20 min bus ride to Brighton.
Large kitchen, with all the usual bits, washer, dishwasher, microwave, two ovens, fridge and fridge freezer. The house is very clean and modern with plenty of space for everyone.

Large communal living area and dining room with access to the garden and patio / BBQ area.

The bedroom, has a double bed, side drawers, wardrobes and a TV point.

There is parking at the house. I’m looking for someone to join the house who is interesting and wants to chat and socialise sometimes, there is fast broadband and access to sky tv.

All bills are included.
