First floor double room with double bed & brand new Emma Mattress over looking south Down’s with a storage unit & rail, also a brand new 50 inch smart TV , room has a radiator can use garden which has a large decked area and garden furniture there is a large shared kitchen area and dining area too. House has 2 bathrooms the new bathroom is opposite the rented room 1st floor and is only shared with 1 person in the room next door. The house is a bungalow and has wifi. There is on street free parking. The bus stop is 1min walk at the end of the road bus numbers are 1,1A,55 there is a co-op nearby it’s about a 5min walk from the house.
Smoking is only permitted in the garden.
There will be an under counter fridge in the room and a microwave.
No pork, bacon, ham is allowed in the house or cooked in the kitchen for religious reasons.
We have a washing machine and dryer which can be used for 1 load per week only. We have 1 friendly cat.
