The Garden Studio

Our garden studio is available through Airbnb for short and long term rental with weekly and monthly discounts offered. A calm space with its own courtyard & entrance. It is close to the beach with easy access to central Brighton and direct trains to London.

Opposite Victoria Park in Portslade, this cosy studio is open plan and located on the ground floor of our home. It has a private courtyard garden and its own side entrance. The studio comes fully furnished and is equipped with a kitchenette with an integral hob and fridge. It does not having a washing machine, however there are several launderette’s nearby on Boundary Road. The studio is available for short or long term stays.

Suitable for single occupancy only, furnished with a small double bed.

£1400 per calendar month, inclusive of all utility bills (council tax, water, heating, electricity & internet)

The Garden Studio is on the 1a bus route into Brighton and is an 8 minute walk from either Portslade or Fishersgate train stations with free on street parking.
