This is on the ground floor of our own home and you would be a lodger, this is classed as a room within our own home - it is not a separate structure or building. It is ideal for people on contract work locally, or working at a nearby hospital. This is not an assured hold tenancy.

A calm space with its own courtyard & entrance. It is close to the beach with easy access to central Brighton and direct trains to London.

Opposite Victoria Park in Portslade, this cosy studio is open plan and located on the ground floor of our home. It has a private courtyard garden and its own side entrance. The studio comes fully furnished and is equipped with a kitchenette with an integral hob and fridge. It has a shower room (toilet, sink, shower) It does not having a washing machine, however there are several launderette’s nearby on Boundary Road.

The Garden Studio is on the 1a and new 1X bus route into Brighton and is an 8 minute walk from either Portslade or Fishersgate train stations with free on street parking.
