This will suit someone working ideally in daytime for at least 4 days a week as i work from home during daytime hours with confidential information and i can do with the privacy.

This is a great size double room in a beautiful garden property with large outside space, near 3 lovely parks and with easy access to basic amenities that is available now.

Lounge is available for everyone to hang on on Sundays.

Happy to consider short term if in transition though we can extend for more.

Room comes with all furniture, bed and mattress, desk and there is an area to hang clothes plus shelving unit.

The home is in the area of Portslade, 3 minute walk to Fishersgate train station that gets you into Brighton station in 10 min or in a 25 minutes bus journey.

Sorry no couples or families as i already live here with my son.

Bills are included in the rent.

Co op and off licence 7 minute walk from the house, and Boundary road high street shops 8 minute walk away.

Bus stop is a 4 minute walk to town with a regular service and Fishersgate train station is 3 minute walk from here.

The home is in a quiet location but only 8 minute walk to Portslade high street with shops etc and you will be sharing with myself a creative woman and my very funny and entertaining 11 year old son plus our friendly cat Isabella.

This is for a non smoker and someone who would enjoy a quiet home and more of a grounded vibe.
