The corner shop is 4 minutes away. As well as a local bakery for fresh snacks. Large Sainsburyis 10 minutes away. Train station 19 minutes away.

25 minutes to cycle to central Brighton. 33 minutes via a train (+ walk to/back from station)

Rent includes bills.
