The house is occupied by myself and my lodger, we are both professionals.
Beds are currently singles but doubles available & room/s can be unfurnished if needed.
Quiet location in Mile Oak with easy access to the south downs for those who enjoy walking, running and cycling. Views of the South Downs from both bedrooms. Patio garden and plenty of parking in road.
The house is located in Mile Oak, A27 close by and bus stop 2 minutes walk for 1 and limited stop 1x bus into Portslade, Hove and Brighton.
I work Mon - Fri. Have previously lived in shared houses for quite a few years so used to sharing. Respectful of others needing quiet time and visitors. Love to be active and outdoorsy in my spare time.
