This large double room takes up almost all of the lower ground floor. It has an en suite shower room. Has its own on street entrance at the front of the house and patio doors and steps up to the rear patio and garden. The house was originally a Victorian bakery. A quirky feature of this room is that the antique bakers oven is still in place

To the rear of the house there is a garden and undercover bike storage with access directly onto the street. The shared kitchen is a good size and has a range of appliances including a dish washer and washing machine,

It’s a one minute walk to a convenience store and a five minute walk to Fishersgate Train Station. Portslade mainline station with direct trains to London is less that a 15 minute walk away.
