Hi guys,

I am a live-in landlord looking for a like-minded female housemate to share this lovely space with.

I work as a children’s Nurse in the community. I work occasional night shifts (maximum 2 per month, if any). I wear ear plugs and hide myself away, so it doesn’t affect anyone else in the house.
I enjoy nature walks, good coffee, yoga, singing, sauna, gym, knitting and other creative bits!

Home is very much my sanctuary, so I’m looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful, clean and respectful environment, while also being friendly and happy to chat over a cup of tea or the occasional meal together. It’s not a party house, but I’m always up for a chat and glass of wine! This location feels very accessible to Central Brighton and Hove but also very quiet. The perfect place to relax and escape the noise!

I don’t currently have a TV license as I don’t watch any live TV but happy to split the fee for the time you are living here
