Hello, we're looking for someone to share our flat with us in Portslade.

Room comes with double bed and mattress and built in clothing rack (can be removed as well) - happy for the room to be painted as I can appreciate salmon pink isn't for everyone!

All bills included in the listed price (Band B)

We love to travel so we want someone reliable and independent in the flat. It will be your space too so we hope you'll care for it in the same way we do.

-Animal friendly - we currently have no pets apart from fish in the house but we love to care for our neighbour and friends dogs on occasion.

You can see the sea and the south downs from the balcony.

The beach and train station is all within 10 min walk away.

Bus stop outside the flat with quick and easy access to town (700,1,6)
1X stop is 5 min walk from building
