There are excellent bus links into Brighton and Hove, and Portslade train station is approximately a 10-minute walk away with direct trains to Gatwick Airport and London, Victoria.

The seafront and Hove Lagoon are also very nearby making the location ideal for enjoying the coast, walks and outdoor activities.

The house is a large Victorian property and has a shared kitchen and garden with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

The household consists of the live-in landlord and two other adult family members.
