My partner (Josh), and I are live in landlords and moved from Brighton to Portslade in June, and before that, from London. I work in advertising and Josh works for himself.

We live with an amazing housemate who we met on Spareroom and have been living together for 2 years. She is moving out soon (Jan), to her own property. We will be said to see her go.
The property is a beautiful 3 storey, 4 bedroom, with a private garden on a quiet residential street which is a 20 min walk to Portslade Station. It's a large house with lots of space. I get the bus at the end of our road in 10 mins and of course direct buses (6 / 1 / 1x), to Hove and Brighton / Brighton Station.

This will currently suit someone looking for a short term rent until Christmas, although come March next year we will be looking for a longer term house mate. We are flexible with the agreement term and are more focussed on finding the perfect housemate! So whether you need somewhere for a few weeks or couple of months, we'd love to hear from you.

The bedroom is a large double with lots of natural light. The room comes with a double bed, dressing table / desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, large mirror. Plus your own private bathroom with bath and shower.

Lounge has 2 x 3 person sofas and 55 inch TV, the kitchen has high spec SMEG appliances and an integrated dishwasher and washing machine.

Room is available from the start of November until Christmas. We are open to professionals or students.
