Bright double room on Hove/Portslade border

I have a lovely, bright double room in a friendly house on the Hove & Portslade border.

There is parking behind my house and we are right on the number 1 bus route and 5 mins walk from the train station. Therefore Central Brighton is only 20 mins away. We are also served by the night bus route. If you drive then the main A27 is 5 mins away too.

My house is a place to relax and call home. The room is fully furnished (but happy to unfurnish if you prefer) and the rent includes wifi (virgin fast fibre 😊), bathroom consumables, washing machine etc. The bed is very new and there is lots of storage.

Kitchen/diner with all utensils and the refurbished bathroom with main pressure shower & bath! I have even fitted blackout blinds recently for extra warmth and darkness in your bedroom.

The bathroom is about to be replaced; shiny & new :)

I treat people how I wish I had been treated when I rented.
