Double room in quiet, tidy eco-house for female

Short-term let, as we need the room Xmas (18 Dec - 2nd January). Free again from January till June.

Furnished, spacious, en-suite double bedroom with sofa, wardrobe, desk and private balcony in a modern eco new-build for a female student or professional.

We are a couple (61 & 59), and we have 2 female tenants (35, 30). This is a very clean, organised, quiet family household near Preston Park in a modern eco-build. Bills, council tax, washing powder, toilet paper and weekly cleaning are included. We have a clever little cooking and washing rota.

The living room and garden are not shared, but you can use the kitchen and dining area. The bathroom is en-suite. The balcony west-facing.

This will suit a tidy and hard-working female who appreciates an organised household, their own space, and a calm environment. We generally don't socialise, but we definitely help each other out.

We can provide a duvet, pillows, sheets, towels and bath mats. We provide all kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, even a rice cooker

Unfortunately, we're not able to accommodate working from home. We prefer not to have partners staying over, as it can be disruptive to the household.

We live in the green suburbs, a very safe area 5 minutes from the park. No 5B direct to Sussex Uni (30-minute bus), Preston Park Station (15-minute walk), London Road Station (10-minute walk).
