I am looking for one new housemate.
Must be respectful and wants a peaceful sanctuary to live in.
The house is a gorgeous stand alone property set off Steyning Road. Large front and back garden. Not overlooked.
Must be responsible clean and tidy - but also have a good personality!
its a very spacious house
Occasionally hosts air b n b guests too - who do not share the lounge /dining room space.
The bedroom is a small double with a built in wardrobe. There room for a tv stand or desk.
i have a cleaner that i would want a weekly contribution to as cleaning is always a bone of contention in the past.
