Lovely room in spacious cosy cottage near the sea

We are looking for a lovely tidy tenant (or professional couple) to rent the double ensuite loft room in our adorable cottage in Rottingdean.
We are selling the house in the spring but can offer a 6 month let. The landlord is currently staying in another property and only comes in to collect mail or do any repairs needed, and will always text before coming over. So basically you will live 85% privately with the whole 2 bed house to yourselves.
However, there will be viewings - maybe up to 1-4 per month, and so we require the house to be kept in a tidy order.
All bills are included apart form internet (open to discussion!)

This house is a ten min bus ride along the seafront to the centre of Brighton! Amazing bus services run very frequently
