Every room is furnished with a bed with mattress, a flatscreen TV, and storage such as a wardrobe/chest of drawers. There is a large open–plan kitchen and living room with a huge sofa and TV for everyone to use. The kitchen is supplied with an American fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a garden with seating space and also a washing line to dry laundry outside. The property also has 200mb Virgin Media Wifi included.

ABOUT US

We are a gay couple. I’m Josh, 35 years old and originally from Brighton and my boyfriend is 26 year old Noi, originally from Hong Kong. We both really want to find friendly, respectful people to live with and call this place home. Noi is a chef working in a local pub and I work at Brighton Station and we both work shifts. We currently have two housemates, a male and a female who have lived here for one year.

We will normally spend the majority of our time in a separate part of the house with our own facilities, so will not normally need to use the shared areas. You will be sharing a separate part of the property with the housemates which is shown in the video. Your bedroom is private and we will never go in without notice unless it is an emergency, and we are very respectful of each housemate's right to a quiet and comfortable place to live.

We are always on hand to deal with any maintenance issues or problems you may encounter. We really want to find people we can get along with, as well as can trust with the property when we are away.

We are looking for friendly and respectful people to live with who want to call this place home. We would love to welcome LGBT+ housemates, as well as people who are comfortable around and respectful of the LGBT community.

This property is situated in Saltdean, very close to the main Coast Road where very regular buses get you into central Brighton in around 15/20 minutes, and also serve Newhaven and Eastbourne.

It is a five minute walk to local shops including Co-Op, and there are also several bars, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. There is also FREE on-street parking available outside the property.

The rooms are available from the start of September.

To rent a room you will need to provide 50% of your rent as a damage deposit, plus the first month’s rent on or before the day you move in. It is a monthly rolling contract where you will simply need to give one month’s notice that you’re leaving in order for us to have time to advertise the room again. We will ask for a form of ID such as a passport or driving licence for security reasons. I will provide lodger’s agreements.

Each room is available for one person, NO COUPLES.
