My name is Steve I am 61 years old.
I have a son Frankie who is 13. He lives with me only 4 nights a week, when i do have him he is at school from 7.30am until 5pm and on some evenings is out football training.
I have an extremely friendly dog Ralph who is very chilled.
We live in Saltdean 1 minute walk from the beach and bus stops. Which is a 15 minute bus ride from Brighton central.
I have a double room with en suite and dressing room to rent out. £900 per month or near around this price including bills, WIFI, access to washing machine.
I own a business so i am at work from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday where the house is empty all day.
I have a dog walker twice a day to walk my dog.
We are extremely friendly people and it is a very quiet household.
