Sunny room in beautiful house in Saltdean

I have a lovely room available at my home THE HIVE, , called * The Octopus room *
It is south facing, sunny, cosy , furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk (can be taken out also.

The room is £660 including all bills, wifi and council tax.

I’m looking a for a mature, easygoing, fun & creative person- woman, NB, genderqueer or LGBTQ male- to join me and another lodger in my beautiful home- the room is available from 20th of September.
I am looking for someone who would like to rent longer term.

If you’re interested in shamanism, spirituality, nature, writing, embodiment, music or any such thing, and love animals, that would be be a wonderful bonus.

My house, called Phoenix Nest has a gorgeous, nourishing and holding vibe.

I’m currently living with another lodger and my cat Sami .

I am a writer and coach and I work from home. I also I run occasional immersion days, workshops and retreats at my beautiful home. Most of the work happens in my garden cabin/temple.

I envision from our household that while doing our own stuff, we also share occasional meals, chats, walks or sea swims or hang out together.
I am also travelling a fair bit.

* The house and garden have a wonderful vibe and THE HIVE is in a quiet cul-de sac just 2 min to the South Downs way (sheep, horses and two llamas close by), and has great views.
It’s also on quite a steep hill and we have good bus connections (10 min from 27 bus stop).
