Sunny, double room in beautiful house in Saltdean

I have a beautiful room available at my house, Phoenix Nest. The room, called * The Mermaid room * is south facing, sunny, cosy, furnished with bed, inbuilt wardrobe, desk (can be taken out also ) and lots of storage space.

The room is £770 including all bills, wifi and council tax.

I’m looking a for a mature, easygoing, fun & creative person- woman, NB, genderqueer or LGBTQ male- to join me and my queer lodger in my beautiful home.
The room is available from 24th of April, possibly earlier.

Ideally you don't work full time from home. If you’re interested in shamanism, spirituality, queer culture, nature, writing, music, gardening or any such things, and love animals, that would be be a wonderful bonus! :)

My house has a gorgeous, nourishing vibe. It has:
* bathroom with shower and bath-tub;
* well equipped kitchen and washing machine;
* large living room;
* terrace
* beautiful big garden with different areas to sit;
* a sauna!

I am living with one other lodger and my cat Sami.
I am a writer, coach and shamanic practitioner and I work from home. I also I run occasional immersion days and workshops from my home. Most of the work happens in my garden cabin/temple.

There is the possibility for you to rent the temple/cabin space if you facilitate one to one work or work with small groups. It is a gorgeous space and can hold different work.

I envision from our household that while doing our own things, we also share some meals, occasionally cook for one another, share chats, walks or sea swims or hang out together. If you enjoy a co-living vibe, and want to live in a gorgeous, peaceful environment, please send me a message.

As I am travelling a fair bit, I am asking for a willingness to feed my cat while I am away.

* The house and garden have a wonderful vibe in a quiet cul-de sac just 2 min to the South Downs way (sheep, horses and two llamas close by), and has great views.
It’s also on quite a steep hill and we have good bus connections (10 min from 27 bus stop).
