I have a large double room for rent in 2 bed flat. Newly decorated and furnished room.

The flat is spacious and light, with shared lounge, modern newly fitted bathroom. Kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher and oven.
There is also a shared balcony.

All Bills inc. gas and electricity, water, council tax, internet, tv licence.

Very good transport links to Brighton, Brighton station, Royal Sussex County Hospital (No 27 bus outside the flat - 10mins to RSCH, 15 mins to Brighton centre, 20mins to Brighton train station). Other buses from the seafront include 12, 12A, 14, so lots of transport options.

Located in Saltdean, the area is perfect for those who enjoy walking, cycling, bird watching or generally being in nature(15 min to the South downs). It’s a 10mins walk to the beach, perfect for sea swimming (Saltdean has a sea swim group), socialising and relaxing as there are plenty of cafes. Few minutes walk to Saltdean Lido, which offers the pool, gym and various classes and events.

To share with professional and live in landlord. I am an Occupational therapist working full time in adult social care. This is a LGBTQ+ friendly household, I identify as queer non- binary. In addition I have a very friendly cat. My cat is sociable and playful, and will happily socialise in your room if you want, but can also be shut out if you don’t want all the attention 😁. I usually keep her out of the kitchen as a matter of course.

I’m a creative individual, I enjoy model making, drawing, basically I will try any craft! I love to be active too. I play roller derby and am out at training regularly through the week. I enjoy watching movies, love to binge a good TV series when I have the chance and love to share music. I’m happy to socialise at home but like my own space too. Occasionally have some friends over to watch a movie or socialise, very chilled, quiet and respectful when it comes to socialising at home. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy so it’s a relaxing and enjoyable space to live in.
