I've got a lovely bright annex with en-suite in Saltdean suitable for anyone looking for a short-term rental. Available from around mid-August.

The annex is compact but has high ceilings with velux windows, and all you need for a short-term stay: a comfy double sofa-bed with memory foam topper and storage underneath, desk with drawers, some hanging space, a kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, single hob, toaster, kettle and more storage. The en-suite has a toilet, sink and shower, and there is also some storage space for suitcases etc. above the bathroom . The annex is attached to a 2 bedroom house but there is no access to the house.

It's in a great location, at the top of a hill with sea views from the garden and access to the South Downs National Park only a 5 min walk away.

Local shops (great pizza, fish and chips , Coop etc.) are a 5 min walk down the hill, and the beach, art deco lido, gym and library are a 10-15 min walk away. The pubs of Rottingdean are a 10-15 min walk away via a bridleway.

The 27 and 47 buses take you into Brighton in just 30 mins. The hospital is approx. 20 mins away by bus. You can cycle along the seafront to Brighton in 30 mins. There’s also lots of free on-street parking.

Rent includes all bills (electric, water, wifi, council tax & TV license).
