Large 6 bedroom detached house on Saltdean seafront. All bills included, aswell as council tax and TV license covered. Choice of single/double bedrooms with use of shared bathroom (Currently only 1 large double room available) All rooms have built in wardrobes and chest of drawers. Rooms currently also have beds. Use of large kitchen, with breakfast bar. Looking in the near future to making a room into a communal lounge. Every room having own fridge in kitchen to save confusion/arguments. Property is currently occupied by 4 middle aged men and 1 younger male, all working professionals. So most out during the day most of the week. Everybody is welcome, but may suit similar tradesmen. Limited off road parking, but free parking in all local roads. Situated right Saltdean seafront, with views of the sea and direct links to Brighton via bus lane. Ideally non smoker, but either way no smoking inside property or drugs, as my children will be present some days.(current smoker goes outside to smoke) No house parties/social gatherings.
