Enjoy coastal living in a lovely four-bedroom home, perched on the brow of a hill in with fantastic sea views from both the front and back of the house.

A comfortable double room is available, furnished with a small double bed, desk, chest of drawers, mirror and clothes stand and a large corner puff to relax on. Open to the room being unfurnished with the exception of the bed.

You’ll have exclusive use of your own shower room, plus shared use of the kitchen and access to the garden.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly mum, her inquisitive seven-year-old son, and Boo Boo, a gentle golden retriever.

The house is a five minute walk to public amenities, this includes a post office, a chemist and a convenience store ( the Cooperative). You can catch the number 27 from here and be in town in 20 minutes. There is also the number 47 which stops round the corner from our home ( 2 minuteswalk).

The famous lido is a ten minute walk with the sea just beyond this.

We’re always in on school nights however are often out and about at the weekend. We are looking for a considerate professional or student who enjoys their own routine, loves being near the coast, and would appreciate a calm, relaxed home.
