My lodger is due to vacate end of September so, I will have a large double bedroom to rent out in Seaford.

The flat is a 2 bed flat shared with just myself, sharing the kitchen, bathroom, lounge and large rear garden. All bills are inclusive which includes water and utilities, TV licence, broadband, Netflix and council tax and sky sports for those interested in sports.

The flat is only 4 min walk to Seaford station and about 7 min walk to the beach making it an ideal spot for commuters or those who love to get down to the beach.

I am 29 and working full time in Brighton and will be out most of the day and looking for someone that is clean and tidy that will respect the shared spaces.

I am looking for £750 per month all bills inclusive and will consider pets for a small additional monthly cost.

Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Whilst a start date of 28th Sept is preferred, I will consider those that wish to move in sooner at a pro rata rate.
