An older lady who is wheelchair bound is seeking a Sharer for her home to offer her a little practical help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation. She has Carers who come in daily as well as the support of her family.

She would value the friendly reassurance and company of having someone around her home in the evenings and overnight. She would also like some general practical help around the home such as shopping, cooking up to four meals each week/ some bulk cooking, light cleaning and tidying, laundry, carrying heavier items, and ad hoc practical help and errands as may be needed.

The accommodation on offer is a double bedroom, furnished with a single bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and share of bathroom with other guests. There is a shared kitchen and sitting room.

The property is conveniently located just 5 mins walk from Seaford train station.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time (up to 15 hours per week in a mix of practical help plus a little company) to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the lady’s interests that include watching Italian TV, watching Netflix and going to the beach.
