From the 14th of August I have a spacious, bright double room available in Seaford.

The house has original wooden floors, fireplaces, a large shared living room with an open fire, well-equipped kitchen and a sunny garden with plenty of space to relax. It’s a peaceful home that feels calm and welcoming.

You’ll be sharing with me, a live-in owner, another female lodger, and Chester, my friendly whippet.

I’m looking for someone who enjoys living in a respectful, relaxed home. It would suit a professional who values a clean, considerate shared space and enjoys a the simple things in life and a quiet pace.

The room itself is currently occupied, so I don’t have photographs of it yet out of respect for my current tenant’s privacy. It is a large, bright ground-floor double overlooking the front of the house. Bedroom photographs will be added as soon as it becomes vacant, and viewings can be arranged.
