Very near to Southwick station, moments from the shops incl. the new Waitrose and flour pot bakery/cafe. Short walk to the beach...

The room benefits from being away from the other bedrooms as it's at the front of the house on the Ground floor.

We have a new comfy Barker and stonehouse bed ready. Plus TV, cool looking clothing rail and you have an open fire which is best fire in the house - very cosy!

Large stylish Chic kitchen/lounge area, open fires & fully equipped. Large garden with 2 outside lounge areas.

Modern Clean bathroom.

To live with me and my easy going son (age 10) who is at his Dads every other weekend and at school. We also we have a btful German Shepherd dog who's mega friendly and soft. He spends most of his time in the garden and is not allowed beyond the kitchen plus there is Alfie the kitten -both pets love humans.

Would suit a female who is clean and easy going.

Females preferred please, no couples.

BILLS INCLUDED.

One weeks rent upfront plus one weeks deposit which is returned on day of departure. No maximums stay and 7 days notice to leave is required.
