Short term let:
Our flat is for rent until 28th February only. And becuase we need it back after this time, we will be doing the rental agreement on a room only basis, but it will state that you have sole use of the whole flat.

Bils are on top which are to be paid in conjunction with the rent. Total with council tax, gas, electric, water and internet is £235. So total for the month is £1030 or £1160 for a couple.

We have a 1 bedroom furnished flat for short term rent for single person or couple.

It has a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms for 5 months. 3/4 min walk from Goat Ledge/sea front. We will be moving back in to this after 4 months so can not extend further.

The flat has a nice built in kitchen and small patio out the lounge doors.

The patio out the back has table and chairs, and a small area at the front which gets full sun which you can just about get 2 chairs out in.
